Operational responsibilities responsible for the overall store management and enhancement of all critical elements plan weekly roster, assign daily task conducting daily huddles, using role plays and tracking performance. training & overseeing new staff induction and assessing the learnings providing structured feedback to the management on opportunities for continuous improvement. ensuring adequate stock levels, minimizing stock out situations. ensure products are displayed as per the brand guidelines. ensure pos & other equipment's are in working conditions collaborate with merchandising, marketing & finance team ensuring high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent service. proactively resolve customer complaints. ensuring growth, higher sales conversions, improving consistently on other store performance acquiring in-depth product knowledge of brands, optical and a good knowledge level of competing brands. leading by example reflecting the values of the brand, integrity, and discipline. adhering to operational standards & company policies. reduce inventory shrinkage by minimizing loss. health & safety at work place ensure disinfection & cleaning of the entire shop floor /store after 24 hours monitoring health and safety risks and hazards in the workplace ensure all staff are well aware of on how to minimize or ultimately avoid risks and hazards in the workplace. ensure all staff are well trained on fire & fighting process ensure fire extinguisher serviced regularly by authorized vendor ensure emergency contact details are available in the store skillsachieving monthly/yearly revenue sales target. achieve assigned kpis achieve nps goal optimize store operational cost inventory shrinkage control good communication skills (english & arabic)
