1. develop detailed proposal plans for engineering projects2. prepare cost estimates and work schedules for proposal development3. analyze customer requirements and develop technical solutions that meet customer needs4. research and evaluate competitive proposals to ensure competitive advantage5. monitor project progress and provide timely updates on project status to stakeholders6. establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders7. develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s organization, products, and services8. assist in the preparation of technical presentations and responses to customer inquiries9. work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction10. implement best practices in proposal engineering and management processesskills• bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.• proficiency in autocad, solidworks and/or other engineering software.• strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.• excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.• ability to effectively communicate and present technical information to customers and colleagues.
