1. sales performance monitoring: -conduct weekly and monthly sales performance analysis on a model level, identifying trends and areas forimprovement. -develop strategies and initiatives to enhance sales support activities, including monthly and quarterly campaigns. 2. financial analysis and inventory management: -perform financial analysis of dealer operations, providing concise key findings and recommendations.-regularly analyze dealer inventory to ensure appropriate supply for market demand.3. marketing support and review:-review and assess local marketing campaigns by dealers, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and effectiveness of advertising spend.-provide guidance and support to dealers in developing impactful marketing campaigns.4. dealer internal practices: -monitor dealer practices and procedures, lead management and conversion.-analyze data and implement improvement plans where necessary. 5. market analysis, product development: -providing insights and feedback on local market demands to support product development and improvements. -advise dealers on the products most suitable for their countries. 6. reporting: -preparing and presenting reports to higher management on performance and challenges faced in the local market in addition to countermeasures being taken. skills1.proven ability in business plan development and implementation. retail automotive experience. 2.excellent proficiency in microsoft excel, powerpoint, and word. 3.excellent analytical and financial skills, with the ability to utilize data for strategic decisionmaking and business case development. 4.strong decision-making abilities, identifying opportunities for strategic enhancements. 5.proficiency in studying, analyzing, and interpreting complex information to improve practices and develop innovative approaches. 6.strong business acumen and demonstrated leadership abilities, engaging with individuals at all levels and across various regions. 7.currently working in the gcc with minimum 8 years experience in managerial role. 8.fluent in english and arabic. 9.education: university degree in marketing/business management. 10.this role requires regular business travels to assigned markets.
