A. basic scope of work:responsible for ip telephony management .b. accountabilities:monitor the performance ip telephony servers.maintain the ip telephony diagrams and related documentation.co-ordination with vendors for resolution of issues.apply the software and ios required updates and patches after getting customer approval for network and ip telephony servers.perform systems configuration backup/restore with regular restore process.participate in daily operation tasks assigned .perform telephony configuration changes on voice gateways and telephony servers if required.perform ip phones configuration changes across sdb locations.skillsb. experience:5+/- years of experience in same role.c. education:bachelor degree in computer science, information technology or any related stream.d. general remarks:only riyadh based resources can apply / banking sector.nationals can apply for the role.final total package is sar 13,000/- unnegotiable.
