Overview of the role:procure cost effective parts for day-to-day requirements of vehicle service, repair, and refurbishment. expand the inventory level of service-related items for all brand vehicles. this is a hands-on role which has important aspect on aftersales flow. what you will do:   monitor sales and assist to achieve branch net sales and profits in comparison to targets on daily and monthly basis.to order day to day requirement and deliver the parts as per eta, measured through monthly review report.responsible for perpetual and annual stock inventory for effective stock management, sufficient supplies to market needs and avoid any over stock situations.assist sales and service departments to maximise accessories sales.ensure purchase orders, gr, and iv are done on time and as per company standards.assist team in achieving customer satisfaction targets by meeting the needs and expectations of the customers.expand the part stock level on service-related items for all models.manage and maintain the physical parts storage at the service location.create up to date reporting and develop forward stock planning programs.skillsrequired skills to be successful:parts advisor experience in a dealership.epc knowledge.analytic thinking.result oriented. about the team:this role will be reporting to the service manager wherein you will be dealing directly with different stakeholders across the organization. what equips you for the role:graduate or diploma in relevant field / equivalent experience.minimum 5 years of automotive parts experience in a dealership.communication skills in english / arabic. working knowledge in ms office and sap (highly preferred).
