Overview of the role:the purpose of the role is to build and maintains relationships with existing and prospective customers and boat builders. function as customer advocate and primary sales contact by complete follow-up from initial contact, quotes, demonstrations, negotiation and closing of deals for honda. what you will do:achieve or exceed allocated sales targets for new units and exploring other sales opportunities such as service contracts, extended warranty, accessory sales and installations.deliver the highest levels of customer service, thereby creating customer loyalty and repeat sales.adhere to company procedures, particularly around cash and credit handling, to ensure safety of cash and minimum bad debts.constantly improve and update knowledge of product range, features and benefits.maintain awareness of automotive industry, paying particular attention to new features, technical developments, market trends, competitor analysis, selling techniques and customer handling skills.daily activity list to update sales manager of the activities and visits conducted. minimum two boat builder visits per day.follow up with prospective buyers, including telephone enquiries, showroom walk-ins and field visits to existing and new business clients.skillsrequired skills to be successful:1.- marine sales and aftersales experience.2.- negotiation skills. 3.- technical skills.4.- customer management experience. about the team:reporting to the sales manager and managing a team and will work closely with internal and external stakeholders.  what equips you for the role:bachelor degree or diploma. 2 - 3 years’ experience within marine automotive sales.proficient in english and arabic. valid uae driver’s license. proficient in microsoft office.
