We are seeking a detail oriented and organized administrative assistant to join our team. the ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. the administrative assistant will support the managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. the candidate should be comfortable with general office operations, including answering phones, managing calendars and maintaining office supplies. some the responsibilities are:answering & direct phone calls in a professional manner.organize and schedule meetings and appointments.maintaining contact lists & distribute correspondence.develop and maintain a filing system.order office supplies and maintain inventory.book travel arrangements and coordinate itineraries.skillsshould speak fluent arabic & englishproficiency in ms office (ms excel and ms word , in particular), data entry, erp system & order processingexcellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task.the administrative assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. the ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to work in fast pace environment. we are looking for a team player with positive attitude and a strong work ethics.
