Job summarybuilding strong relationships with main governmental bodies and officials while acting as ambassador for the group. the glo will ensure successful implementation of pr governmental functions and work closely with different parties to develop the company public presence and ensure compliance to local laws and regulations.job responsibilities 1process, submits and follow up all the company official relations/ transactions with the government sectors.- submitting all renewals of visas & labor work permit cards with labor office as well as the immigration department.- processing the employment contract attestations, rp manual extension approval at the ministry of labor and helps to resolve the labor department issues and fingerprint process.- issuance & renewals of new rp, rp renewal official documents (i.e., trade license, chamber of commerce, cr, municipality, customs clearance etc.).- coordinates with the cid office to resolves the company pending issues such as overstayed employees, absconded, disclaimer reports and deportation. processing the police clearance, attestations of certificates in mofa and chamber of commerce.- to always obtain updates on labour related changes in relation to visa processing and other related issues.job responsibilities 2to liaise with authorities to ensure company compliance to local laws and regulations.- processing all renewals of driving license & labor health cards, computer card, local transfers & conduct rp, and general government affairs information updates.- responsible for all employees medical related issues; assisting in the medical appointment, repeat medical, unfit workers, temporary and permanent health license issuance at the medical commission. process the new hamad health cards.- supporting any legal issues in company registrations or in relation to other relevant issues.- liaise with all government institution with regards fines, penalties, or any inquiry.- coordinating with staff regarding personnel issues related to governmental applications as required.- manage the allocated petty cash expenditure through maintaining original receipts and through timely preparation of expense reports- performing other duties related to the job as assigned by management.skillsjob knowledge & skills• gcc, born in qatar preferred qatari driving license is a must, cid clerance is a must.proficiency of arabic language, moderate english language, other languages is a plus.relevant knowledge in governmental laws and regulations.• erp knowledge preferably sap functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.job experience4 years of government relations experience liability l2visa requirements l2employee relations l2sap erp human resources l2public authority coordination l2educationhigh school diploma
