Job summary:the digital communication manager will be responsible to oversee the digital communication strategy for the company. help developing the marketing communication and media strategies; and secure that the strategies are executed in the most effective and efficient way, in order to fulfil the purpose of the job.general duties and responsibilities:developing overall digital communication strategy for the brands.tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.devising and managing digital communication campaigns.utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, seo and ppc.keep up to date with current digital trends and developments and ensure we remain timely and current in our use of digital media.managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.improving the usability, design, content, and conversion of the company website.skillskey kpis:social media flowers base.social media engagement rates.conversion of social media reach to e-commerce.cost per contact- media buying.behavioral competencies:always up to date- familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. experienced- relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. multi-tasker- performs a variety of tasks at the same time. influence- leads and directs the work of others. creative- a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected, especially to reports to top management. this including the available development opportunities. leader- management and leadership skills.functional competencies:analytical, strategic and creative thinking skills (ability to think differently and "out of the box").presentation, communication and negotiation skills.networking and relationship skills.qualifications:ba or bs in marketing, communication or relevant field, mba preferred.campaign briefing and processes while working with the agencies.broad knowledge of communication and creative concept evaluation/judgment.media management (planning, buying, measuring, etc.).up-to-date knowledge of the complete media landscape, usage and measurements.experience managing ppc, seo and affiliate programmers.strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.willing to travel when needed.
