Job purpose:to participate in developing category strategy in the procurement organization. to conduct supply market research, align with business owners, monitor vendor selection, while ensuring compliance with procurement frameworks. to develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a reliable supply chain.key activities:look up the market trend analysis to identify new suppliers and vendors.collect the business owners’ corresponding supply chain requirements for their respective sector plans.communicate with the business owners on their future-forecasted demand plans and align them with the sourcing strategy.ensure compliance with the framework from stakeholders and business owners.stay informed about relevant laws and regulations related to procurement, ensure all procurement activities comply with legal and internal policies and laws.ensure all purchase orders are complete, approved, and properly documented.participate in evaluating supplier performance to ensure they meet contractual obligations and performance.assist in preparing procurement advisory to business owners and stakeholders on categories, benchmarks, suppliers, etc.maintain the issuing of purchase orders and their amendments.performs other related duties as assigned.skillsjob qualifications and requirements:knowledge & experience6 to 8 years of experience in a similar field.education & certificationsbachelor’s degree.
