Civil estimators for a contracting and building materials company located in al khobar and operating all over saudi arabia.packages to be determined based on interviews.responsibilities:· calculate costs, estimate timelines, budgets, cost and interpret plans· work closely with surveyors, construction managers, architects and other engineering professionals to plan and develop a solid budget for projects· write reports to determine financial costs for labour, materials, budgets, and what contractors/subcontractors should use for the project· use software to calculate costs, check quotes and submit tenders· deliver final estimates of budgets and cost plans requirements:hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction-related qualifications or other qualified estimation certificatesability to assess site conditions from physical inspections and interpret surveys.excellent communication and people skillsstrong analytical skills to provide accurate estimates of projectsexperience in using computer/estimating software to analyse dataworking conditionswork is either based in an office or at a construction sitetight deadlines are expected when working on a tender skillspreferably from philippines or indiaresident of saudi arabiatransferable iqama is a must2 to 5 years of experienceable to join within 3 weeks.packages to be determined based on interviews.
