Mep estimators for a contracting and building materials company located in al khobar and operating all over saudi arabia.the mechanical electrical and plumbing estimator's key responsibilities will include supporting project teams in developing and maintaining detailed budgets for mep and low-voltage specialties both in the preconstruction and the construction phases.preferably from philippines or indiaresident of saudi arabiatransferable iqama is a must2 to 5 years of experienceable to join within 3 weeks.packages to be determined based on interviews.responsibilities:·        employ constructability and value engineering methods to assist the team in maintaining budget and making design decisions·        establish and maintain project specific cost data·        supports the bidding process by development and preparation of mep system cost estimates for projects and services as assigned.·        estimates project costs as it relates to the mep systems·        use software to calculate costs, check quotes and submit tenders·        uphold the accuracy and reliability of cost evaluations throughout the entirety of projects.·        deliver final estimates of budgets and cost plans working conditionswork is either based in an office or at a construction sitetight deadlines are expected when working on a tender skillsrequirements:hold a bachelor’s degree bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical or mechanical), construction management, in civil engineering, construction-related or other qualified estimation certificatesautocad, and ms excel capability. engineering design experience is a plus.field experience is a plusability to assess site conditions from physical inspections and interpret surveys.excellent communication and people skillsstrong analytical skills to provide accurate estimates of projectsexperience in using computer/estimating software to analyse dataadept at analytical thinking, capable of evaluating intricate technical specifications, blueprints, and project demands to deduce the most optimal and cost-effective remedies.extensive awareness of industry-centric cost variables, materials, labor expenses, and market dynamics,
