Responsibilities:packaging: assist in packaging products according to company standards and guidelines. this includes labeling, sealing, and ensuring that items are correctly packaged to prevent damage during transportation.quality control: conduct visual inspections of products to identify any defects or issues. report any discrepancies to the supervisor for immediate resolution.inventory management: keep track of inventory levels for packaging materials such as boxes, tape, and labels. notify the supervisor when supplies need replenishing.maintain cleanliness: ensure that the packing area is clean and organized at all times. dispose of packaging materials and waste properly.team collaboration: work closely with the production team to meet daily packing goals. communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow.safety: adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. report any safety concerns or incidents immediately.efficiency: strive to improve packing processes and suggest enhancements that can increase efficiency and reduce waste.skillsqualifications:high school diploma or equivalent.previous experience in a packing or warehouse role is a plus.strong attention to detail.ability to work in a fast-paced environment.excellent communication and teamwork skills.basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.physical stamina to lift and move packages as required
