Requirements & responsiblities:Ø minimum 10 years’ experience in uae – dubai.Ø good knowledge and capable of making project timeline in primavera or microsoft project.Ø strong management skills to deal with client, authorities and consultant for approvals, inspections and handing overØ proven working experience in luxury villas.Ø able to prepare bar bending schedule [raft, retaining wall, pits, walls, columns & slabs - full checking & execution]Ø well-versed with material inspection, site inspection request and all documentations for the projectØ experienced working with dda (dubai development authority) & dubai municipality approvals.Ø strong communication skills and management abilities in coordinating construction activities with foremen, subcontractors and labors.Ø monitoring project progress and ensuring completion within the required time schedule.Ø monitor performance of subcontractors and suppliers.Ø valid uae driving license and with his own car.Ø can join immediately.skillsproven working experience in civil engineering.well-versed in solving practical project issues using computer software and relevant technological tools.passionate professional portraying high adaptability to work in different challenging environments.portraying professional-level report drafting and writing skills to cover all necessary details of an ongoing project.adept in managing human resources, thereby meeting deadlines with utmost efficiency.minimum graduate degree holder in civil engineering with hands-on experience using relevant tools.
