We are seeking a manufacturing engineer to assist in implementing manufacturing processes that yield high-quality products. candidates should possess a good understanding of fabrication methods, cnc machines, drawings, and other essential manufacturing engineer skills, including project management, commitment to quality, and familiarity with safety and environmental standards. if you are also inventive and meticulous, we would like to meet you. ultimately, you will be responsible for ensuring that our production lines operate efficiently and effectively to meet customer satisfaction.skillsevaluate manufacturing processes based on quality criteria such as efficiency and speed.analyze production and machine requirements.develop and test effective automated and manual systems.design and install equipment.organize and manage manufacturing workflows and resources.provide periodic project reporting and coordinate with all stakeholders to meet management objectives and project requirements.optimize facility layouts, production lines, machine operations, and network performance.resolve production issues and delays.identify methods to reduce costs and maximize quality.train staff in new and existing processes.collaborate with other engineers, contractors, and suppliers.ensure manufacturing procedures comply with safety and environmental regulations.upgrade systems and processes with new technology.track workflow at every stage until delivery.create 2d cad fabrication drawings, 3d modeling, 3d rendering & cnc drawings.compile initial drawings, calculations, and design ideas into complete models for review, coordinating with engineers and project managers to refine designs and ensure compliance with standards and best practices.allocate fabrication drawings among all fabrication bays based on the given weekly/monthly plan & loading pattern.revise and maintain control of fabrication drawings, continuously updating production bays.
