Assist in legal documentation, contract negotiations, follow up on legal matters with government agencies, franchisees, vendors & suppliers as per instructed by the legal director. ensure conformity with the laws and regulations of the kingdom of saudi arabia by reviewing contracts and agreements formed with all concerned parties. to provide accurate and timely legal advice as needed on all corporate matters and law.to support the legal director in the identification and management of legal risks to the organization.skillsnationality: saudi, egyptian or jordanian. degree in law. at least 3 years of experience in interpreting legislation into practical application.spoken and written fluently in english & arabic.computer literate in ms word, excel, and other programs. diplomatic and robust personality · deep knowledge of ksa & gcc laws, legal codes, court procedures, government regulations, rules and process. knowledge of international business law · proven ability to advise on litigation matters · proven strategic thinking ability.
