Overview of the rolethe global head of branding will lead the strategic development and execution of the group’s branding initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and powerful brand identity across all touchpoints and markets. this executive role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior, and market trends. the successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and communicating our brand's story, values, and promises to drive brand loyalty, awareness, and business objectives. what you will dodevelop and implement a comprehensive global branding strategy that aligns with the company’s vision, mission, and business goals.oversee the creation, communication, and consistent application of the brand’s identity, voice, and messaging across all channels and platforms.lead market research efforts to gain insights into customer trends, behaviors, and attitudes, using data to inform branding strategies and decisions.collaborate with division marketing and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and to leverage branding opportunities in new and existing markets.manage the brand portfolio, including brand positioning, launches of the group.spearhead branding campaigns, from concept to execution, measuring effectiveness and adjusting strategies based on performance data.provide leadership and direction to the branding team, fostering creativity, innovation, and professional growth.stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and branding innovations, applying insights to keep the brand relevant and compelling.skillsrequired skills to be successfulproven track record of developing and executing successful branding strategies that have driven growth, increased brand awareness, and enhanced brand perception.strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data analysis to inform branding decisions.exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate the brand’s vision and values compellingly.creative thinker with a strategic mindset, able to see the big picture while also focusing on the details that drive brand excellence what equips you for the rolebachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field, with a master’s degree preferred.a minimum of 10 years of experience in brand management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing global brands.
