Note: for local hiring only within saudi arabia.overseeing and supervising employees and all activities of the purchasing department.preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.maintaining good supplier relations, negotiating, and preparing contracts.researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.skillsresidency : for non-gcc citizen applicants, you must be an iqama holder and can be transferred.education : bachelor's or master's degree in any with architecture education background/field.work experience : minimum of five (5) years work experience as procurement engineer (those with experience and actual hands-on in furniture, ff & e and fit-outs has a huge advantage)job location : dammam, saudi arabiamembership : must be a registered member of saudi council of engineers (sce).proficiency in microsoft office and purchasing software.strong communication and negotiation skills.good analytical and strategic thinking skills.supervisory and management experience.attention to details drawing, specification and requirements.
