Job description:we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented bus fleet coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our bus fleet. the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of fleet management, including scheduling maintenance and repairs, tracking vehicle usage, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.responsibilities:coordinate and schedule routine maintenance and repairs for all buses in the fleetmonitor vehicle usage and optimize routes for maximum efficiencymaintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairsensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policiesmanage relationships with vendors and suppliers for fleet maintenance and repair servicesassist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to fleet managementconduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in safe working conditionhandle any emergency situations or breakdowns that may occur during bus operationsskillsqualifications:high school diploma or equivalentat least 2 years of experience in fleet management or related fieldstrong organizational and communication skillsknowledge of safety regulations and best practices for fleet managementproficient in microsoft office and fleet management softwareability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivelyvalid driver’s license
