Job title: event sales representative/managersalary-8k-10k (prefer - event sales representative/manager is responsible for generating revenue through the sale of event spaces, sponsorships, and related services. this role involves building and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful event execution.responsibilities:-identify and target potential clients for event spaces and sponsorships.conduct market research to understand client needs and preferences.-develop and maintain a sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.-build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding of their event requirements.-provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.-address client inquiries, concerns, and negotiate contracts.-work closely with the events team to coordinate logistics and ensure successful event delivery.-collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and strategies for events.-communicate effectively with internal departments to streamline the sales process.-attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the client network.-represent the company at networking functions to promote event spaces and services.-prepare regular sales reports, forecasting, and analysis.evaluate the success of sales strategies and make adjustments as experience in sales, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.strong communication and interpersonal skills.ability to work independently and as part of a team.excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.knowledge of event management and industry trends.
