We're looking for someone to identify business opportunities and negotiate and close business deals for our animation studio based in dubai. strong potential to go from short term role to permanent depending on performance.responsibilities:prospecting: develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.client acquisition: arrange business meetings with prospective clients.partnerships: promote the studio’s services, addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.sales goals: prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.networking: build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.collaboration: work with the internal team, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue.reporting: find and develop new markets and improve sales and report the progress to the studio heads.skillsskills and qualifications:proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role.proficiency in english. with russian or arabic a plus.dubai media market knowledge.communication and negotiation skills.ability to build rapport.time management and planning skills.performance indicators:achievement of sales targets.successful signing of new business deals.expansion of the studio’s client base.positive feedback from clients.this role is crucial for the studio as it directly correlates with the studio’s ability to generate new business and grow its presence in the animation industry.job type: temporary to permanentcontract length: 3 monthssalary: aed3,000.00 - aed7,000.00 per month + commissionapplication question(s):what experience do you have within the dubai media industry?experience:business development executive: 2 year + (preferred)
