Position title: quantity surveyoremployment type: full time salary: up to 6k aed all inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsjob location: dubai, uae about the client: this leading maintenance service provider is owned by a large holding company based in the uae. job description: collect and review all pertinent documents, including property plans, technical drawings, and project specifications, and inspect the construction site to fully understand the required work.estimate the costs of maintenance and construction projects, collaborating with contractors, sub-contractors, and architects to provide the most cost-effective plans that meet high-quality standards.obtain and review offers and quotes from subcontractors or vendors, identifying labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, then decide on the most suitable offer.assess the levels of commercial risk on a project and determine client requirements. assist with bids for new contracts and support procurement buying activities.present the prepared estimate to the client by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.skills qualifications:open to asian nationalitiesmale, 45 years old and below must have 4 years of proven experience as a quantity surveyor with a focus on mep projects, 2 years of which must be in uae.must have experience in using any of the ff. software: autocad, revit, costx, primavera p6, bluebeam revu, and navisworks.
