· assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and schedules.· conduct site inspections to assess conditions and requirements.· supervise site preparation activities, including clearing, excavation, and grading.· monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.· coordinate and oversee the work of subcontractors and construction crews.· implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure work meets industry standards and project specifications.· enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.· maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, and inspection records.· prepare and submit reports to project managers.· identify and resolve issues that may arise during construction, such as design conflicts, unforeseen site conditions, or material shortages.· maintain open and clear communication with project team members, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.· ensure compliance with environmental regulations and guidelines applicable to the project site.skillscandidates should have minimum 5 years’ experience in steel structure installation worksshould have engineering degree (civil/mechanical)should have valid uae driving licenseshould have good site management and communication skills
