We are looking for a talented and experienced design manager – interior fit out to join our team in abu dhabi, uae. the ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit out and will be responsible for leading the design team, managing projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality designs.responsibilities:- lead and manage the design team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects- oversee the design process from concept development to final delivery, ensuring that all designs meet the client's requirements and industry standards- collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the design and construction process- manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that timelines and budgets are met- stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to ensure that our designs remain innovative and competitive in the market- participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews to gather feedback and ensure client satisfaction- contribute to the development and improvement of design processes, standards, and best practices within the organization.- bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or related field. - proven experience in interior fit out projects, with a minimum of 15 years in a design management role.skills- strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a design team- proficient in design software such as autocad, sketchup, 3ds max, and adobe creative suite- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders- strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes- ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment- creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality designs
