We are seeking a highly skilled it support professional to join our team in riyadh, saudi arabia. as an it support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and end-users. your main goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and software applications. the ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.responsibilities:provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network related issues.install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.monitor and maintain computer networks and systems to ensure optimal performance.respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolution to technical issues.collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions to improve it infrastructure and processes.assist in the planning and execution of it projects.train end-users on the use of hardware, software, and network systems.maintain documentation of it systems, procedures, and configurations.stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in it technology.preferred candidate:minimum of 1-5 years of experience in it support or a related field.bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.experience with windows and mac operating systems.knowledge of virtualization technologies such as vmware or hyper-v.experience with cloud computing platforms such as aws or azure.familiarity with itil best practices.skillsstrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.excellent communication and interpersonal skills.knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.experience with virtualization technologies and cloud computing platforms.ability to work independently and in a team environment.
