Assistant f&b managerlocation: abu dhabi, united arab emiratessalary: market related our client is an awarding winning hotel offering luxury rooms, hosting bespoke events with style, popular restaurants and f&b outlets. we are seeking an assistant f&b manager to join the team responsibilities effectively manage the food and beverage finance and administration including budgets, financial analysis, management systems and reportingaccess and interpret human resource policies and legislative requirements for efficient implementationdevelop and implement, policies, procedures, strategies and controls for the food and beverage purchasing, deliveries and stockmarket and promote the food and beverage outlets within the hotelmanage all areas related to contractual arrangementsfacilitate effective interdepartmental co-operation to ensure guests’ expectations are anticipated and exceededwork as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards.skillsrequirements: ndip in hospitality management or equivalent;sound computer skills (ms office);at least three years’ experience in a similar role.a team leader, flexible and build good relations with staff and external service providersgood attention to detailexcellent communication skills
