As a real estate agent in dubai, you will be responsible for representing clients in the buying, selling, and renting of properties within the vibrant real estate market of the city. your primary objective will be to assist clients in achieving their real estate goals while providing exceptional customer service and fostering long-term relationships.key responsibilities:1. prospect and cultivate relationships with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.2. conduct market research and analysis to identify properties that match client requirements.3. arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing the features and benefits of available properties to prospective buyers or tenants.4. advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and legal requirements related to real estate transactions in dubai.5. negotiate terms of sale or lease agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable outcomes.6. prepare and review contracts, purchase agreements, and other relevant documents to facilitate smooth transactions.7. coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and surveys as necessary to assess property value and condition.8. collaborate with other real estate agents, brokers, developers, and legal professionals to expedite transactions and resolve any issues that may arise.9. stay updated on trends, developments, and regulations in the dubai real estate market to provide accurate and informed advice to clients.10. maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transaction details using crm systems or other tools.skills- minimum of 1 years of experience as a real estate agent in dubai.- valid driver’s license (must be convertible in the uae without having to take uae driving lessons and exam)- in-depth knowledge of dubai's real estate market, including residential, commercial, and off-plan properties.- strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.- excellent networking abilities with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.- proficiency in using real estate crm software, ms office suite, and online marketing tools.- ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.- fluency in english is required, and proficiency in arabic or other languages is an advantage.
