Overview of the role:ensure pdi centre is focussed towards high standards of associate & customer engagement. sustains high quality of production & process standards. maintains benchmark.participate in training and continual improvement processes. ensure pdi centre follows sop & adheres to company agreed sla. ensure kaizen initiatives in pdi centre is implemented, improved & sustained. ensure hsse standard & afm standard in pdi centre is always maintained what you will do:  •   ensure pdi & ppo operations is producing quality work, maximising output & minimizing work stoppage to meet sales demand.•   ensure sop is followed by all sections of pdi & ppo at all times.•   ensure 5s & kaizen initiates are implemented & sustained.•   ensure new models & special action models product, pdi, ppo training is done.•   maintains high standard of teamwork and efficiency improvement initiatives. •   focus on staff development & relevant training needs are supported & facilitated through in-house & af group training as required. •   ensure teamwork & performance oriented culture amongst associates.•   completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, higher efficiencies through kaizen, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, resolving concerns & on time reporting of production summaries.•   ensure compliance of hsse standard at all times by asu associates & outsourced manpower•   accident and incident reporting & counter measure to reduce accident to zero.•   maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.skillsrequired skills to be successful:•   team management skills•   knowledge of pdi process•   organizational skills•   previous experience in dealership workshop/pdi center about the team:this role will be reporting to the pdi supervisor and managing team of pdi technicians. you will be dealing directly with different stakeholders across the organization. what equips you for the role:•   mechanical engineering or automobile engineering•   minimum 5 years’ experience in foreman or supervisory position in dealership service or dealership pdi centre•   proven technical knowledge about ev and phevs especially on high voltage safety measures. •   be able to use diagnostic device efficiently and train their team for pdi diagnostic routines.
