Maramer is a leading construction and engineering firm committed to excellence in delivering innovative projects across saudi arabia. with a focus on safety, quality, and sustainability, we take pride in our dynamic team and the impactful projects we undertake.opportunity:we are currently seeking dedicated saudi nationals to join our team as hse officers for our project in riyadh. if you are passionate about ensuring a safe working environment and have a background in health, safety, and environment (hse) management, we encourage you to apply.skillsimplement and enforce hse policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance with local and international standards.conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks, and take proactive measures to mitigate them.provide hse training and awareness programs to employees and subcontractors to promote a culture of safety.investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare comprehensive reports with recommendations for corrective actions.collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of hse initiatives and recommend continuous improvement strategies.requirements:bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering, or related field.minimum of 3 years of experience in hse management, preferably in the construction industry.professional certifications such as nebosh, iosh, or equivalent are highly desirable.strong knowledge of hse regulations, standards, and best practices.excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.proficiency in microsoft office and hse management software.
