Responsibilities:conduct routine maintenance and inspections on aircraft according to established procedures and regulations.diagnose and troubleshoot aircraft systems, components, and avionics to identify and rectify issues.perform repairs and modifications to aircraft structures, engines, landing gear, and other components as needed.install, test, and calibrate aircraft systems and avionics equipment.complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner, including maintenance records and work orders.collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication.maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times.stay updated on industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory changes relevant to aircraft maintenance.skillsrequirements:high school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in aircraft maintenance preferred.faa airframe and powerplant (a&p) certification required.minimum of [insert number] years of experience as an aircraft technician or related role.strong knowledge of aircraft systems, components, and avionics.proficiency in using aircraft maintenance tools, equipment, and diagnostic instruments.excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.effective communication skills, both verbal and written.commitment to safety and adherence to regulatory requirements.willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary.physical ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting heavy objects.
