Assistant manager corporate sales - united arab emirates, dubai

Purpose and scope of position: this is a full-time on-site role for located in dubai. you will be responsible for generating leads, managing sales activities, events and activations for the viya access pass, additionally, you will also be responsible to bring in new business for the product through corporates and b2b or channel partnerships. you will also be expected to help in bringing in the right partners and commercial deals responsible for viya access pass.1.  main duties:(job related duties)1.    membership lead generation and closing deals.2.    managing sales deals, process and achieving sales targets.3.    identifying key initiatives and overseeing strategic planning, implementation and evaluation, including commercial b2b opportunities across target industries and organizations.4.    coordinate with the marketing team for the development of promotional and sales material, and product related communication.5.    developing and adapting new or existing systems and processes for monitoring and evaluating initiatives.6.    sourcing new corporate and channel partnerships with an objective to increase the viya access pass sales.7.    to ensure that the agreed budgeted targets are achieved or bettered.8.    to ensure a prompt, courteous response and follow up to all inquiries.9.    to ensure that the accounting department receive accurate information to be able to correctly invoice customers.10. to ensure cooperation between viya and the viya access pass partners to enhance quality and service standards as well as saving and sharing cost by centrally coordinating all event related resources.11. to develop new business opportunities through events and activations within the dubai golf and wasl assets and outside.12. to respond to customer queries or complaints promptly and efficiently, ensuring that mutually agreeable solutions are reached at the earliest convenient time.  13. developing a range of partnerships with organizations and initiatives focusing on viya access pass, partner development and improving the overall viya access pass product experience.14. coordinating, delivering and promoting relevant activities and events within specific communities and targeted groups15. evaluating and monitoring activities and projects using key performance indicators.16. being up to date with business trends across various markets and industry sectors.17. to carry out any other duties as when required by the head of department and clubs managers, which falls under the scope and purpose of this position.18. to participate actively in weekly sales management meeting. 2.  ancillary duties: in line with dubai golf’s strive for continuous improvement, you may be requested to participate in various extra activities contributing towards individuals and organizational growth.represent the department or a group in various committees, such as the staff committee, green theme (environmental), food committee, sport committee or projects. be trained as a fire marshall or first aider.skills  minimum qualifications required college level or similar at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role and international exposure in a 5-star environment. desirable age between 25 - 45  supportive skillsfluent written and spoken english. arabic language will be an added advantage and preferred.strong leadership and interpersonal skillsgo-getter and biased towards action.experience in corporate sales, preferably for a lifestyle related product or service.has a good network of relevant decision makers in the potential companies in target industries.knowledge and experience of promoting events, corporate and channel partnershipsteam-playeroutgoing / sociableinnovative problem solverhonesty / integrity
