Summary: we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented assistant product manager to join our growing team. in this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our product, ensuring smooth and efficient execution from concept to launch and supporting the product manager and other stakeholders in achieving strategic goals. responsibilities:support product launch processes, ensuring timely and successful releases.facilitate communication and collaboration between product, engineering, sales, marketing , finance and other stakeholders.gather and analyze user feedback and market data to inform product decisions.develop and maintain product documentation, such as user guides, knowledge base articles, faqs and other documentations.monitor key performance indicators (kpis) and report on product performance.identify and manage risks and dependencies throughout the product development process.develop and implement operational processes to improve product efficiency and effectiveness.support product testing and bug fixing processes.research and implement new tools and technologies to improve product operations.manage and prioritize product tasks and bug reportsconduct product demonstrations and trainingsprepare reports and presentations on product performance and initiativesskillsqualifications:minimum of 2-3 years of experience in software product management, project management, or a related field.proven track record of successfully managing the entire product development lifecycle.strong analytical and problem-solving skills.excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
