Responsibilities:safely transport employees and goods to various destinations, including offices, client meetings, and suppliers.coordinate and perform courier tasks, including the pickup and delivery of documents, packages, and supplies as needed.assist in purchasing supplies, equipment, or materials required by the company. this may involve visiting suppliers or stores.monitor and coordinate shipments at ports and other logistical hubs. ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods, liaising with shipping partners and customs as necessary.perform routine vehicle maintenance and coordinate repairs to ensure the company's vehicles are in optimal condition.be adaptable and willing to assist with other tasks as required, such as office errands, administrative support, or ad-hoc projects.skillsqualifications:valid driver's license and a clean driving record.excellent time management and organizational skills.strong communication and interpersonal skills.knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance is a plus.ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
