About the jobjoin our leading multinational automotive organization, monarch, dedicated to driving advancements in global mobility. our emea division, integrated within monarch's comprehensive ecosystem, is committed to delivering top-tier automotive products for aftermarket customers.monarch represents a portfolio of renowned brands such as richardson, and sf-filter, specializing in otr tires, filters, and aftermarket solutions.embark on an exciting journey as a sales manager, operating as a key player within our dynamic team based in dubai, uae.key responsibilities: strategically review and evaluate sales strategies tailored to the uae and middle east markets.develop and maintain pivotal relationships at the customer and country levels.execute face-to-face customer engagements aligned with approved travel plans.monitor changes in legislation to ensure proactive business adjustments.manage sales plans to achieve budgeted sales and drive regional growth.oversee sales and margin/profitability management across product lines.identify cross-selling opportunities and support effective cross-selling initiatives.lead negotiations, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback.maintain effective business communication and timely reporting.ensure assets are utilized cost-effectively and adhere to expense budgets.this role offers a unique opportunity to drive sales strategies, expand product lines, and nurture customer relationships in the uae and middle east markets while reporting directly to the commercial manager.skillswhat will make you successful: minimum 3 years of sales management experience in the automotive sector, especially in heavy machinery, construction machines, and earthmovers.strong understanding of import/export requirements and regional market dynamics.fluent in english (and arabic as a plus), with exceptional communication skills.experience working in large, multinational organizations is a plus.university degree in sales and marketing or a related field.proficiency in ms office, ms dynamics, power bi, and web applications.proficient in crm systems with a keen understanding of market requirements.willingness to work in a global team environment and travel as necessary.expertise in import/export legislation, terminology, and processes.other requirements:currently, we can not provide relocation or visa sponsorship. therefore, only applicants with a valid work permit based in dubai are welcome to apply.
