Candidate will be handling purchases, customer inquires and the promotion of the company services such as, training programs and professional certifications.create new leas, sales, training project to achieve the required target.prepare action plans and timelines to identify specific targets and to project the number of sales to be made.prepare presentations, proposals, and contracts.establishing and maintaining current client and potential client relationships.participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.following up on payment collection, new leads, and referrals.handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.keeping updated information on productsskillsprofessional experience minimum 2 years in training and consulting services.good team development and leadership skills.computer literacygood administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.the ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.excellent written and spoken communications skills
