: l&d head is responsible for leading the company's l&d strategy, ensuring it aligns with our business goals. this role involves managing the l&d team, identifying training needs, designing learning programs, and measuring their effectiveness to enhance employees' skills and performance. role mandates:* enhance training strategies & framework.* manage l&d development initiatives.* upgrade link l&d practices with other hr and strategic practices.* manage learning journey.* establish specialize and multiple development programs ( leadership, emerging managers, gdp,,etc) to foster the next generation of company leaders* strategy: develop l&d strategy and strategic initiatives and programs, and ensure l&d strategies are fully aligned with company & hr strategy.* maintain and activate competency framework and values driven-learning culture.* responsible to conduct skills gap analyses for company learning & capability-building needs.* design, develop, and deliver innovative l&d programs that meet the needs of: strategy direction, business and its employees.skills* develop a culture that prioritizes continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and personal development* leverage technology to transform l&d offerings, making learning more accessible, flexible, and personalized.* strengthen technical and digital skills strong skills in: change management, project managements.
