 develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives. identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish mutually beneficial relationships. conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, new products, and cost-saving opportunities, manage vendor performance, including monitoring quality, delivery time, and resolving any issues or disputes. review purchase requisitions, solicit bids, and evaluate proposals to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier performance. skillsposition title:       procurement executiveemployment type:   full time salary:            up to 15k aed all inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsjob location:        dubai, uaeabout the client: a supplier and distributor of pipes, tubes, fittings and other piping components.qualifications: open to russian and ukrainian nationalities.  male, 40 years old and below. at least 4 years work experiences as a procurement executive or similar role, dealing with steel pipe fittings (butt-weld fittings, flanges, weldolets, etc.) must have knowledge of pipe fittings manufacturers globally, relevant industry, and market trends, pipe fittings production and technological process.  must have great communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external supplier.
