Objectives: • develop and implement social media strategy: to create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's brand, goals, and target audience. • increase brand awareness and online presence: to enhance the company's visibility and reputation across various social media platforms. • drive engagement and customer interaction: to actively engage with the audience, fostering a community around the brand and encouraging customer interaction and feedback. • content creation and management: to produce and manage high-quality, relevant content that resonates with the audience and supports marketing campaigns. • analytics and reporting: to regularly analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns and strategies, using insights to drive improvements.  responsibilities: • content creation: develop and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, images, and video. • social media management: manage the company's social media profiles, ensuring consistent activity and brand presence. • audience engagement: respond to comments and messages, fostering a positive community and addressing customer inquiries and feedback. • campaign development: collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement effective social media campaigns. • analytics tracking: monitor and report on the performance of social media activities, using tools like google analytics, meta insights, etc. • trend monitoring: stay up-to-date with current trends in social media, tools, applications, and emerging technologies. • cross-department collaboration: work with other departments to ensure brand consistency and to support various company initiatives.skillsrequired skills: • strong writing and communication skills: ability to produce clear, compelling content. • understanding of social media platforms: proficiency in platforms like facebook, twitter, instagram, linkedin, and emerging platforms. • creativity and innovation: skills in creating original content and thinking creatively about how to engage the audience. • analytical skills: ability to interpret data and metrics to inform strategies. • technical proficiency: familiarity with social media management tools (e.g. sproutsocial, hootsuite) and prefer if she knows basic graphic design tools (e.g., canva, adobe creative suite). • time management and organizational skills: ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. • adaptability: being adaptable to changing trends and technology. • seo and content marketing knowledge: understanding of seo principles and content marketing strategies.
