We are currently seeking a talented and experienced policy design and advocacy supervisor to join our team in riyadh, saudi arabia. as a policy design and advocacy supervisor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective policies and strategies to support organizational goals and objectives. you will also play a key role in advocating for these policies and influencing stakeholders to drive positive change.responsibilities:develop and implement policies and strategies to support organizational goals and objectives.conduct research and analysis to identify key policy issues and trends.collaborate with internal teams to gather input and perspectives for policy design.draft policy documents, including position papers, briefings, and reports.coordinate with external stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, and non-profit organizations.advocate for policies and initiatives through public speaking engagements, media interviews, and written publications.monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of policies and make recommendations for improvements.stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in policy design and advocacy.manage a team of policy analysts and provide guidance and support as needed.collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policy alignment with organizational objectives.preferred candidate:minimum 4 years of experience in policy design and advocacy, preferably in a similar industry.strong knowledge of government policies and regulatory frameworks.excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.proven experience in drafting policy documents and reports.strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects and priorities.highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines.proficient in microsoft office suite and other relevant software.master's degree in public policy, political science, or a related field is preferred.proficiency in arabic and english is required.skillspolicy analysis and designadvocacy and stakeholder engagementresearch and analytical skillsexcellent written and verbal communication skillsproject management
