Key responsibilities:• lead generation: utilize various channels, including online platforms, social media, networking events, referrals, and cold outreach, to generate leads within the target market segments.• prospecting: conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and properties, focusing on key demographics, market trends, and emerging opportunities in dubai's real estate sector.• outreach and engagement: initiate contact with leads through phone calls, emails, and personalized messages to introduce our services, build rapport, and qualify their needs and preferences.• relationship building: develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, providing timely and relevant information, addressing inquiries, and guiding them through the real estate process.• lead qualification: assess the viability of leads based on their level of interest, budget, timeline, and other qualifying criteria, and prioritize follow-up actions accordingly.• database management: maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and outcomes using crm software, ensuring data integrity and effective communication within the team.• collaboration: coordinate with the sales, leasing, and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with business objectives, share insights, and optimize conversion rates.skillsqualifications:• proven experience in 1 year real estate lead generation in the dubai market.• strong understanding of real estate principles, market dynamics, and industry trends.• excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.• results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.• proficiency in crm software and ms office suite.• valid uae driving license is a plusjob type: full-timesalary: aed6,000.00 - aed8,000.00 per month
