We are seeking service engineer with a background in either mechanical or electrical engineering to join our team. the service engineer will have the responsibilities of diagnosing, servicing/ overhauling vacuum pumps, systems, compressors, lrvps for our clients across gcc.responsibilities:conduct on-site inspections, installations and commissioning of vacuum pumps, systems both on site & in-house workshop.diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and control system issues related to vacuum pumps, ensuring minimal downtime for customers.perform preventive maintenance task according to production guidelines.collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during pre-sales & on visit with the customers.skillshardworking, persistent, and dependable.a self-sufficient and dependable individual who is consistent in their output.should have knowledge of medical gas pipe line system experience in serviceproven experience working as service engineer or in similar technical role preferably in the vacuum pump or related industry.strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently or as a part of a team to resolve complex technical issues.familiarity with diagnostic tools and techniques for troubleshooting vacuum pumps, systems (like leak detection, performance analysis).willingness to travel frequently to client sites for service visit, installations and training sessions across gccvalid driving license of uae
