We are currently looking to recruit an accounts assistant/office admin to work in our busy office. you will be responsible for the accounting and sales support department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.requirements- prior office sales support/administration experience is required.- you must be proficient in all microsoft office 365 programmes.- you must have an eye for detail and the ability to work without supervision.- excellent communication skills are a must and you will be required to handle confidential information.- good math skills and ability to spot numerical errors.- ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.- good in ms office 365. advance excel knowledge will be huge advantage.- english is a requirement both written and spoken fluently.- knowledge about crm is an advantage. -ability to work under pressure and plan/prioritize workload.skillstask & duties:ability to prepare reports on demand.assisting with sales support taskscreating quotationscreating projectsproducing reportsselling analysisresponsible for petty cash handling.reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.create and update expense report.cash & cheque deposits.maintain digital & physical financial records.prepare proforma invoices.prepare final invoices & send to customers and sales staffs.review & file payroll documents.reconcile supplier statements and prepare payment vouchers.reconcile customer accounts and payment follow-up.booking flight tickets and hotel arrangements.ability to review credit card bills & recording transactions.knowledge about vat will be an advantage.assisting senior account on all maters for the smooth running of accounting department.
