Communication manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation of both internal and external communication strategies, managing external communication channels like social media platforms, company websites and media relations, writing copy for company newsletters or memos and adhering to a company’s brand by publishing content and marketing materials.main responsibilities:collaborate with other teams to identify the public voice of the brandcreate style guides and brand voice outlines for all public relations, marketing, advertising and other vital departmentsconsult with executive management to develop effective communication procedures and policies for various situations or crisesdraft press releases and speeches following organizational newscommunicate with media outlets and journalists and create press kitsdevelop materials to educate staff on communication practicescoach and assist team members on improving communication skillperform communications research and monitor the progress of various communications strategiesskillsbachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations or relevant field.a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous.strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.outstanding written and verbal communication skills.must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
