Have to welcome the guests when arrive at the hotel and need give a memorable fond farewell to the guest during check-outevaluate arrival lists to welcome and greet guestssupervise any vip guest arrival and departureaddress to vip or vvip and answer their queriesacknowledge rapidly, well-organized, and efficiently to guest concerns helping them during the check-in procedure.identify details regarding amenities and other pertinent information for arriving guestsmake ready greeting or welcome folders with collateralproduce information regarding amenities, upgrade service, venues, and local areaanticipating the guest needs and demand, building good relationships with themoffer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)maintaining and documenting all the information in the logbook dailyshield compliance as per the health and quality standardsanalogize and multitask tasks in the busy periodshould have detailed statistics on the hotelshould have a proper update about arrivals and requirements of roomsneed to have a proper update of the daily occupancy reportgiving top-quality service to the guest as per hotel sop.helping guest with information local area town attractions and activitiesif any vip arrival, prior need to complete the registration proceduretaking care of guest complaints and concerns in a systematic, well-organized, and timely manner.maintaining detailed information of room rates, offers, current promotions, upgrades, and packagesdocumenting all the guest folios in a systematic way and keeping necessary updates of guest likes and dislikes to the relevant fields on the profile.need to have good coordination with housekeeping department for clearing arrivals roomsneed to assist and help reception by collecting guest feedback during check-outmaintaining the guest lockers for safe custodyneed to hand proper updates to the next shiftability to handle and take care of all guest's needs and expectations without unfairness, partiality, favoritism, and preconception.following the rules and regulations of the hotel in a proper mannershould have good communication and listening skills and must have fluency in the english language both written and oralshould have good management skills and proper attention to detailmust have a confident and positive approach as well as a pleasant personality which is crucialskillshigh school diploma or equivalent.prior experience in a customer service role.excellent communication skills.strong organizational skills.ability to multi-task.
