·        5 to 8 years of experience of which 3 years should be a management role in purchasing·        very strong negotiation skills, and customer orientation ·        track record of supplier management, and savings achievements·        supplier data base·        experience with purchasing governance and policies ·        leadership skills and good business acumen·        experience with developing and executing sourcing strategies ·        excellent interpersonal and communication skills   skills·        developing the indirect purchases policy and process ·        implementing the po approval matrix in the system·        managing supplier relationship for all indirect purchasing·        creating database for all expenditures ·        generating savings to the organization by using optimum purchasing strategies·        developing and executing rfq and tenders for all expenditures ·        ensuring smart purchases and managing the inventory for indirect purchases. ·        developing supplier evaluation   ·        developing kpis and creating visibility for all purchases dashboards. ·        develop disciplinary policies, standards, processes, and procedures to provide naizak with high-quality methodology aligned with the industry’s best practices.·        ensure that company policies and regulations are in line with the current ksa local labor laws and recommend amendments to maintain governance and compliance.·        developing supplier network·        ensuring prices are always competitive and buying with the best price at optimum quality ·        build and maintain strong and fair relationships with suppliers·        negotiating prices and payment terms for all expenditures and suppliers. ·        prepare and execute sourcing strategies
