We are hiring for an employee relations specialist to join our team in saudi arabia, eastern province. as an employee relations specialist, you will be responsible for managing employee relations issues and ensuring a positive work environment. you will work closely with employees, managers, and hr to address and resolve workplace conflicts, provide guidance on employee policies and procedures, and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.responsibilities:provide guidance and support to employees and managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.investigate and resolve employee complaints, grievances, and disputes in a fair and timely manner.conduct workplace investigations, including interviewing relevant parties, gathering evidence, and preparing investigation reports.collaborate with hr and legal teams to ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.develop and deliver training programs on employee relations topics, such as harassment prevention, diversity and inclusion, and conflict resolution.monitor employee relations trends and proactively identify areas for improvement and intervention.partner with hr to develop and implement employee policies, procedures, and programs that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives and programs.stay current on industry best practices and legal requirements related to employee relations.collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive employee relations initiatives and projects.preferred candidate:bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.proven work experience as an employee relations specialist or similar role.thorough knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and hr best practices in saudi arabia.strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.proficiency in microsoft office suite and hris systems.professional certification in hr (e.g., shrm-cp, phr) is a plus.fluency in both arabic and english languages.skillsknowledge of saudi arabia labor laws and regulationsstrong communication and interpersonal skillsconflict resolution and problem-solving abilitiesexcellent organizational and time management skillsproficiency in microsoft office suite and hris systems
