Our client based in uae is looking for analyst compensation & rewards staff for its firm.he is responsible forundertake all duties related to payroll, compensation & benefits administration for employees, implementthe employee performance management and rewards initiatives and processes, ensuring effective communication and timely completion of the annual performance review cycle across all functions to support the achievement of hroperational excellence and cultivate a performance-driven culture.general responsibilitiespolicies, systems, processes & procedures support the management in implementation of human capital department policies, procedures and controlscovering all areas of assigned department activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements, fulfilledwhile delivering a quality, cost-effective service. continuous improvement support the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processesand practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.reporting ensure that all reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet requirements, policies, and qualitystandards.job specific responsibilitiestotal rewards management contribute to the development of the total rewards framework and strategic rewards initiatives to attract and retainhigh calibre talent. support the manager's talent development & rewards on the presentation’s development related to rewardstrategy. participate in the recommendation of changes to compensation policies, enhancing existing compensation andbenefits programs based on current trend analysis and global policy direction to maintain the eligibility, coverage,and applicability of the remuneration framework policies. benchmark employee compensation and benefits with relevant competitors in the market and best practice toensure external competitiveness of rewards. participate in the review of annual salary processes and ensure that all salary planning guidelines and pay policiesare updated and communicated with the designated parties. provide analytical support for the review of employees’ benefits, salaries, eligibilities for promotions on annualbasis to ensure fair alignment and consistency across the workforce. accountable for the administration of uae & gcc pension, handle employee pensions periodical activities suchas registration, monthly contributions, cancelations, updates employee information’s. handle employee medical insurance in terms of issuance, cancellations, register the invoices , contract renewal. assist line manager in proceeding the yearly salary increment, bonus and promotions accountable for accurate and timely payroll administration. administrate the performance management system in line with hr policies and procedures assist line manager in preparing and monitor the personnel budgetmaintain end of employment activities, such collect all documents related to leavers, seek the approvals, preparesthe initial end-of-service settlement, initiate and follow up employee release and clearance form. maintain organization chart and job descriptions. manage employee allowance and benefits such children's education, delegation allowance. maintain details of employee benefits in the hrms to ensure that accurate and up-to-date records are kept andthat all changes to employees' benefits plans are reflected in the system maintain & recommend and enchantment in hr policy and procedures manual relating to employee benefitsperformance management support the development, implementation, monitoring and upgrade of the employee performance managementsystem across the group thereby enabling the transparent and fair management, assessment, and rewardof employees’ performance. identify and make the necessary adjustments so that the performance management planning cycle is fullyintegrated and aligned with the strategic planning cycle. implement appropriate monitoring mechanisms to assess progress and achievement of scorecard objectives. track and monitor the proper cascade and alignment of the hr functional performance objectives into the hrfunction short-, medium- and long-term objectives within the performance scorecard framework and establishedservice levels. develop the details of the employee performance management cycle, process, timelines, scoring, and reporting tosupport the implementation of the performance management system. define the system specifications and requirements of performance management. support the training and smooth implementation of the performance management system. develop the process for employee queries and handling of issues during the performance management process.reports to, managertalent development & rewardsskillsqualifications and experience bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or any other related field. minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human resources focusing on compensation, employee benefits andrewards.communicate with the manager of talent development &rewards to receive work direction and to discuss andresolve human capital issues.communicate regularly with local and international suppliers to source and procure fixed assets forcommunicate regularly with the team to provide work directives and discuss and resolve issuescommunicate frequently with outsourced office services providers to ensure agreed levels of services are providedand resolve any related issuescommunicate when required with all adivisions and regional branches to provide human capital servicescommunicate occasionally with external auditors to provide required information during company auditscommunicate regularly with the internal auditor to resolve compliance issues
