Kindly note it's a commission-based role, no basic salary.the main function of this role is to source properties, buyers, sellers, investors, tenants anddevelopers to assess and to commit them to sales/leasing transactions. other duties include promoting property developments and support continuous company growth and serve our clients. the ideal candidate is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, must be maintaining very high standards and understand the property market as well as the area they are assigned to.responsibilities:assisting clients in in finding them a suitable property while maintain high level of standards.achieving sales targets / kpis.stay up to date with the property market and new launches in the market.ensure a professional relationship with prospective clients and landlords.ensure all enquiries are attended to within a timely manner.follow-up with the clients/leads on a regular basis.update records on the crm regularly and accurately.follow company’s policy and procedures to ensure quality and legality of all the transactions.identify new business opportunities.identify new sales leads and maintain good advisor-client relationship.we will provide:50%+ commission, attractive commission structure, and bonuses.the employee is eligible for the internal referral program, where he/she can earn between 2000 aed and 3500 aed per 1 successful referral.the employee will be entitled for 30 days of annual vacation plus all uae national holidays, christmas day and new year’s day as per uae labor law.employment visa provided by the company.medical health insurance.quarterly, yearly incentives.marketing budget provided - largest portal packages on all main portals.leads and access to a highly segmented and clean database of over 660,000 investors and tenants.academy training, career progression plans, and ongoing support from senior management.admin support for every office.photography and videography team.assistance with rera training course (license paid by the agent)multiple modern office locations.skillsreal estate sales experience in the u.a.e. for at least 2 years is preferred.fluent in english.excellent interpersonal skills.self-driven, ambitious, and trustworthy.strong negotiator.ability to work independently with great dedication.computer literate (ms office, internet, crm, etc.)uae driving license.
