We are urgently hiring a coordinator / document controller for newmatic intl fzco in dubai  we, newmatic international fzco & united kitchen fze a trading company established in 1993 deal with the high-level trading of commercial laundry equipment, commercial kitchen equipment, and we are one of the leading world-class laundry /kitchen equipment suppliers & laundry / kitchen solutions providers in the middle east. we are a group of companies with 4 divisions & branches in uae, qatar, and saudi arabia.        position title: coordinator / document controllerready to join with 1-month maximum time. (candidate must be available in uae) please share your current salary package & expected salary package (aed). obin millanhuman resource managernewmatic intl fzco – head office skills- adept at creating and maintaining comprehensive document control procedures and guidelines to streamline workflows and improve overall document management efficiency.- collaborate with management to execute maintenance plans efficiently.- exhibits exceptional communication and collaboration prowess, fostering effective interdepartmental cooperation and maintaining regulatory compliance.- support the sales/service team by scheduling plans and arranging spare parts/materials.- support technicians and maintain maintenance logs.- coordinate with vendors for repairs and complete the maintenance on the assigned time gap.- manage and coordinate urgent communications and customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution.- ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery of materials.- streamline interdepartmental processes.- maintain sales records and material data for further reference.- enhance product appeal to customers and ensure customer satisfaction.- assist in developing maintenance plans and managing payment schedules.- oversee inventory and facility management.- ensure completion of miscellaneous maintenance and sales duties as assigned.
