Black & grey hr is recruiting for one of the leading insurance brokerage firms in the uae for their branch in sharjah. we are seeking an assistant vice president who entails heading the employee benefits department, ensuring achievement of business targets, team guidance, training, and procedural adherence under the guidance of the vice president.responsibilities:​-     take overall responsibility for leading the employee benefits department, setting and achieving business targets, guiding the team, and ensuring procedural adherence.-     ensure compliance with renewal procedures, timely submission of quotes, and employ negotiation strategies for high renewal retention.-     respond promptly to new business inquiries, provide tailored quotations, and implement strategies for high conversion rates.-     maintain excellent customer service for key accounts, ensuring maximum satisfaction.-     respond to mails within stipulated time frames, settle reimbursement claims promptly, and arrange necessary coverage for endorsements.-     develop strong relationships with insurers and existing clients through regular visits.-     assist marketing staff in client meetings and help achieve target premiums.-     identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, providing clients with proper advice.-     ensure accuracy in policy document management and timely release.-     ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.support accounts team in premium collection.-     maintain operational excellence in systems, efficiency, and professionalism.requirements- insurance qualifications such as fiii or acii are mandatory.- minimum 8 years of experience in medical insurance.- strong technical knowledge in medical operations.-  experience in team handling.- exceptional in multitasking, assertive communication, and strategic thinking.- strong time management skills with a proven ability to deliver tangible results.- a track record of success in meeting renewal targets, establishing deep customer relationships, and leading a team to excellence.benefits-     competitive salary and benefits packageskills- insurance qualifications such as fiii or acii are mandatory. - minimum 8 years of experience in medical insurance. - strong technical knowledge in medical operations. -  experience in team handling. - exceptional in multitasking, assertive communication, and strategic thinking. - strong time management skills with a proven ability to deliver tangible results. - a track record of success in meeting renewal targets, establishing deep customer relationships, and leading a team to excellence.
